Saskia specialises in investment funds and asset management, with over 10 years of experience advising fund managers, institutional investors, financial institutions and other fund market participants. She advises on the structuring, establishment and operation of investment funds and on a broad range of regulatory, corporate and transactional matters relating thereto (including on the AIFMD and the Dutch financial supervision act).
Saskia also has a proven track record in banking, capital markets, lending and economic sanctions. Prior to joining Orange Clover, Saskia gained extensive experience in private practice and industry.
