What we do

We are specialised in advising on the setting up and reorganisation of international holding structures, joint ventures and partnerships. This includes the formation of Dutch corporate entities, such as private limited liability companies, cooperatives, foundations and (limited) partnerships.

Our specialists offer support and advice on the financing of (intermediate) holding companies and operational companies through equity and/or debt, including related security rights and guarantees. We have particular expertise on cross border legal (de)mergers of companies, cross border conversions of companies and cross border transfers of seats of companies.
