He advises national and international market parties on a wide range of financial regulatory law topics, such as licensing requirements for accessing the Dutch market, ongoing requirements for regulated undertakings and requirements relating to marketing financial services and products in the Netherlands. Ademir has a particular focus on financial markets regulation relating to payments, crypto and crowdfunding.
